            Senator Sypolt moved to amend the bill by striking out the enacting section and inserting in lieu thereof a new enacting section, to read as follows:

            That §5-16-2 and §5-16-22 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted; that §6C-2-2 of said code be amended and reenacted; that §18-7A-3 of said code be amended and reenacted; that §18-7B-2 of said code be amended and reenacted; that §18-9A-2 and §18-9A-12 of said code be amended and reenacted; that §18-20-5 of said code be amended and reenacted; that said code be amended by adding thereto a new article, designated §18-33-1, §18-33-2, §18-33-3, §18-33-4, §18-33-5, §18-33-6, §18-33-7, §18-33-8, §18-33-9, §18-33-10, §18-33-11, §18-33-12 , §18-33-13, §18-33-14, §18-33-15, §18-33-16, §18-33-17, §18-33-18, §18-33-19, §18-33-20 and §18-33-21; and that §29-12-5a of said code be amended and reenacted, all to read as follows:.
